\n\t\tHow to use our Price List\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

The custom Colourmount price list is based on a reference number called the united inch (U.I.). It is calculated by adding the length and width together. i.e. 8″ X 10″ = 18 U.I. Once you calculate the U.I., locate it on our price list. The retail price adjacent to the U.I. is the cost of your custom Colourmount.<\/p>\n

Colourmount is similar to matting, in the framing market.\u00a0 In plaque mounting, we need to add a coloured paper underneath your print, photo etc., which is larger, and the size is determined by the width of the border the customer wants.\u00a0 If you have an 8″ x 10″ (18 UI) photo and want a black border (mat) around it that is 2″ wide, your new dimension is 12″ x 14″ (26 UI).\u00a0 That UI is the reference number you would use to get the retail price.<\/p>\n\t\n\n\n\n\t\n\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t
